Anatomy of a Bejeweled Blitz Party Game

When one has a bunch of things to say about a subject, I think it's time for one to start a blog. I am a big fan of Bejeweled and Bejeweled Blitz, and love to help people enjoy the games and get the most out of them, so here I am.

As Julia Gemstone, I have over 3500 Bejeweled Blitz playing friends from all over the world, so I believe I have a unique insight to the game and who plays it. 

This first blog post sets up future posts, and I think is handy information to know if you haven't had a chance to study the Bejeweled Blitz Party game.

Just the other day, one of my Bejeweled Blitz friends said that he didn't understand why he didn't have more "perfect" games when his game scores where high, and I realized that not everyone knows about the four components that go into creating a perfect Bejeweled Blitz Party game.

And some people don't know why the point totals are different from game to game.

So I created this video that goes over the start screen for the Bejeweled Blitz Party game, and explains all of the parts. Hope this helps you understand everything that goes into a party game!

Bejeweled Blitz has evolved and grown since its first release in 2009, and if you're just getting into the game, it can be confusing.

I hope to use this blog to answer questions and help people get more enjoyment from the game!
